Customer Service Officer: Job Description: Provide support to customers via telephone and email. Resolve client queries and provide support when required Be the liaison between client’s requests, customer service and back office operations Offer support to the Account Managers Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays Provide a quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the account Lead and manage accounts of existing clients Promote the Company’s services Person Specification: University Degree in Business Administration or related field Previous experience of working in a customer support position Must be fluent in written and spoken Greek, and English, Russian Spanish or French is advantage. Excellent communicator over the telephone and email Good time management and priority handling Ability to diagnose and resolve problems Personal Assistant Position: Key skills for PAs Flexibility Adaptability Good interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Organisational skills Communication skills IT skills Secretarial skills Typical responsibilities of the job included: answering telephone calls maintaining diaries arranging appointments taking messages typing/word processing filing organizing meetings using a variety of software packages booking transport and accommodation managing databases implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clients preparing letters, presentations and reports Education - To degree standard Greek and English are essential To apply for this position, please email your CV
