Job description, tasks • Equip workplaces with the necessary hardware and software in preparation of new employees joining the company; • Provide basic first line introductory training for new users (logins, network build up, outlook, etc.) • Install and configure computer operating systems (Windows, Mac knowledge also preferred) • Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware or software faults • Provide support to end-users; • If needed handle documentation creation, reporting needs both internally and externally; • Support the roll-out of new applications; • Set up new user accounts and profiles as well as resolve password issues; • Test and evaluate new technologies; Requirements • Written and oral fluency in English, Russian (Greek would be considered a strong advantage); • A proven track record in in desktop support; • Extensive general hardware/software knowledge and troubleshooting experience - Windows 7/8/8.1/10/2008R2/2012, OS X Yosemite/El Capitan • TCP\IP, DHCP, DNS, VoIP, AD, MySQL, Cisco • Highly motivated, fast-learner with a strong desire to invest efforts into own development, also possessing a high level of responsibility; • Ability to go on occasional business trips to EU countries.
