Job Description

Our client is a well-established and reputable software provider with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking for a Secretary for the company’s senior Management. The ideal candidate will be an individual with experience in a similar role, business/corporate representative personality and appearance and excellent organizational skills. The company offers an attractive remuneration package for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Organizing and maintaining the Management’s time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments;

Answering and redirecting phone calls;

Welcoming guests and assisting the Management with daily administrative tasks;

Handling all office correspondence;

Making travel arrangements for the personnel (VISA applications, airline, car rental, hotel, etc.);


University/College Degree;

Fluent spoken/written English and excellent communication skills;

Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage;

Experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or similar position is a most, not less than 3 years;

Very well organized, applicability with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task;

Business/corporate representative personality and appearance;

No visa/work permit problems.
