- Answer Customer Support emails quickly and efficiently
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Investigate complaints about unauthorized behavior of users
- Report bugs to technical team
- Report abnormal increase in complaints to management team.
- Excellent English Language skills (Native English speaker is an advantage);
- Good IT background and knowledge;
- Russian Language will be considered a plus;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (sometime nights and weekends);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
- Experience in Online Customer Support would be an advantage;
- Understanding of online payments, refunds, chargebacks and fraud.
