Job Description

Our client is a well-established investment firm that is currently looking for a Japanese speaker to join their Customer Support team.

Job Responsibilities

Daily communication with Japanese clients in Japanese via Live chat and email

Help with issues related to account opening, financial transactions, trading etc.

Approval of account opening - documents check, translation of the documents, approval that the account can be opened

Making changes in the systems we use under request of the client

Partner related duties - documents check, opening partner accounts, commission reports

Occasional sending of newsletters

Daily communication and cooperation with other departments (in English)

Requirements

Japanese native speaker

High level of English language both written and spoken

Technical thinking - we use different types of databases, ticketing system and communication channels and it’s necessary to learn fast how to use these tools

Experience in Fin-tech or Forex is not required, however, it’s a big plus

Openness to relocate to the Czech Republic or at least spend first weeks in Czech Republic for a training,

traveling to the Czech Republic few times a year to meet with the team
