Chicken feather removing machine
This is stainless steel chicken plucker which uses specially made plucker fingers to pluck small birds fast. This machine is highly efficient, plucking a chicken in just 30 seconds. It is a good choice for restaurant, poultry farms and chicken supply shop to pluck chickens, ducks, quails, doves, etc.
1. After the machine is fixed, you need to fixed a knife switch on the side of the machine.
2. After killing chickens, (the wound is smaller, the better) you need to soak the chickens into warm water(about 30 degree) to wet the feather. You'd better put some salt into the water to avoid skin broken when plucking.
3. Put the soaked chickens into 75 degree water and have a stir with a stick to heat them up evenly.
4. Put the chicken into the barrel.
5. Open the knife switch. Sprinkler hot water when the machine starts to run. Dirty water carrying feather will flow out.
Connect the earth wire for safety. The knife switch should be fixed higher than the machine and they should be at some intervals
