THE AVRA CARE POLICY To look after your property as if it were our own home At Avra, we understand that maintenance is an important issue with all properties. We are here to help whether it is a minor repair or a full scale emergency. We have our own team of contractors to cover all trades whom we can rely on to carry out high quality, cost effective work. We take great pride in presenting your property to its fullest potential, understanding the value it holds for you both personally and financially. You will find that our approach is characterised by expertise, personal service and a commitment to customer care. Core Package Our Core Package Includes: 1. Property Inspection - to be carried out twice a month which includes: - Security check of all windows, doors and shutters. - Flushing of toilets. - General checks and testing of electrical appliances. - Light bulb checks - Securing all outside furniture - General checks, inside and out. All above services are provided after each let as a matter of course always ensuring the smooth running of your property. 2. Key Holding – Two keys will be required. One will be kept in the office in a locked security box and the other to be stored in a key safe at the property. Please note, for any property that does not have a key safe, this will be purchased and installed automatically by Avra Property Management & Holidays Ltd and the pin number issued to the owner. This will then be charged on the first invoice – approximately €50. 3. Written Monthly Reports - will be e-mailed to the owner regarding checks made, works carried out and general comments about the property.
