On behalf of our client, a Fintech start-up with a CySEC Licence, offering an advance platform to trade the financial markets, we’re looking for a proactive and outgoing person to fulfil the role of Retention Agent.
Primary point of contact and client maintenance of valued clients
Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
Manage client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information
Promote company’s products and service
Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform
Provide a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly regulated manor.
Contribute to company growth and financial targets such as revenue and high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation.
Analyse, identify, plan, design and implement opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights.
Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.
At least 2 years of experience
Native English speaker plus an extra language
Professional and well – spoken manner
Dynamic, innovative and target driven
Strong networking capability
Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast – moving environment
