Seeking to hire Russian Speaking Corporate Administrator in fast growing company in Limassol (close to Limassol court)

The primary duties of the candidate would include:
• Fulfilment of various KYC procedures
• Assistance in preparation/drafting of legal documents (Powers of Attorney, resolutions, agreements, employment contract)
• Assistance with administration of companies in different jurisdictions
• Liaising with the clients, partners, banks, audit firms and other institutions in both Russian and English languages – in both written and orally
• Liaising with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed
• General business administrative activities
• Any other relevant administrative work (or out of routine work) assigned by management
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Previous experience/knowledge in KYC procedures will be considered as advantage but not obligatory
• Previous experience in same position will be considered as a advantage but is not obligatory.
• Experience or background in law or business administration as advantage
• Proficient knowledge of English and Russian language (written and spoken). Other languages will be an advantage.
• Proactive, professional, customer service oriented, with good organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
• High level of professionalism, confidence and interpersonal skills
Working hours: 09.00 – 17.00 with 1h lunch break.
Full time employment.
Salary: At the beginning 1200-1400 EUR depending on the qualification and skills.
Training and introduction will be provided.
