Our client offers trading and investment services in multiple languages to different countries throughout the world. They operate in Limassol, London, Milan and Shanghai, and values diversity. The company has earned its FCA license, and is regulated by CySEC. They are currently looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Officer to join their team.
Providing support to the growth team in the management of PPC, paid social and programmatic marketing channels across the region to hit monthly performance goal.
Providing support with regular reporting and run in-depth analysis of marketing programs to identify optimization potential.
Managing and driving multiple digital marketing projects and delivering effective results.
Performing analysis of web trends, site conversion rates and ad campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Running and taking end-to-end ownership of online advertising and social media accounts.
Setting up media buy agreements and managing campaign delivery
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to determine actionable performance optimizations of marketing campaigns.
Performing data analysis to identify business development opportunities and cost efficiencies.
Analyzing marketing and business metrics and providing ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns.
Providing user demographics, behavior data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation.
Undertaking any additional tasks to meet the needs of the Marketing Analysis team.
University degree in marketing or any other related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with PPC campaigns
Proven knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads - certification will be a plus.
Proven knowledge of social media account management and advertising
Proven knowledge of setting up and managing media buy agreements
Proven knowledge of Google Analytics
A good understanding of tracking tools/techniques such as UTM parameters, cookies and DoubleClick is desirable.
Deep understanding of web analytics methodologies with an understanding of conversion funnels, optimization techniques, and bid management.
Experience in SEO will be considered a plus.
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint to aid internal reporting.
