Job Description
Our client, a well established Digital Marketing Agency is currently looking for a Project Manager to add to their team.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Project Management or similar position, excellent communication and organizational skills and a positive attitude.
The remuneration package will depend on the candidate’s experience.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a marketimg agency environment.
Understand and support the project management process and policies including maintaining accurate documentation, obtaining regular status, administering tasks and tracking progress (i.e. timelines, deliverables, budget reconciliations, internal/external communication).
Collaborate with team members daily to ensure everyone is equipped with proper assets, information and guidelines.
Assess risks to projects and Identify issues at critical milestones
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Requirements
Relevant University degree required- Marketing, Business Administration or similar
2 - 4 years of online marketing industry experience, project management experience, or strong experience in related fields
Thorough understanding of website development process and digital creative assets
Strong time-management, multi-tasking, organization and communication skills (both oral and written)
Experience with and/or Understanding of SDLC and agile scrum methodologies
Ability to communicate clearly with production teams and management teams
Team-sentric attitude
Active listener and problem-solver
Willingness to learn
Dedication to improving process
