E-commerce company dealing in various products, established in 2004, based in Limassol. Seeking to employ, for full time or part time, a driven sales representative/customer service agent, with a sales-orientated mindset and apt for handling customer service inquiries in a logical and swift manner. The ideal candidate would be a fast learner, who can work from one’s own initiative in producing results. Strong communicative skills to encourage sales and ensure the best possible buying experience for our clients. Responsibilities include: Handling customer service inquiries. Develop and maintaining a customer database. Making sales calls to new and existing clients. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone or email. Positions available may include shifts such as 4pm-12pm or 5pm-1am. Proficiency in written/spoken English is a must!
