Converting candidate’s CV’s confidentially onto the company’s template.
Responding to candidate emails and also assisting the company's employees with ad hoc duties.
Posting job vacancies on the company website, Facebook page and Linkedin page.
Posting job vacancies on different advertising websites
Answering phone calls and assessing their query in order to direct the calls where appropriate
Dealing with the incoming calls of new clients.
Any other ad-hoc activities
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Very good knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to learn fast
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn
Articulate and professional manner.
Able to multi-task
Effective problem solver.
