Our client has many years of trading industry experience. They have achieved numerous milestones and begun a journey that has taken them from a small trading company to a true global player that they are today. They are seeking a Market Research & Social Media Associate to join their team.
Designing research methods such as interviews and questionnaires
Consulting clients about project requirements and objectives
Reporting on customer feedback and Net promoter score
Carry out Monthly market analysis by determining customer, competition profile, treats, position and USP
Analysing, translating and presenting results
Writing reports Monthly market analysis, including client recommendations
Advising Customer services & retention, sales and Marketing on how they can best make use of results
Manage customer communication via social media with the help of customer services associates.
Monthly demonstration on how products are aligned to the market target needs
Measure and evaluate Monthly retention activities
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
Make sure the company is using relevant channels to engage with the Market target
Review and report on abnormality online content on a daily basis
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook,Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.
Knowledgeable about CYSEC, CIMA and FCA regulation
Customer satisfaction and ensuring full communication at all times.
Respond positively to any new initiatives that are brought into practice making sure they easily become part of the customer experience service delivery
Suggest training for customer services associates
Able to engage online with or without support with detractors, passive and promoters
Educated to degree level in statistic and or Marketing.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Fluent in another language is a plus, Arabic or Asian language- French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian or German (verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills
A keen, demonstrable interest and understanding of financial markets with a strong commercial awareness
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing Research or Statistic Role
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum 6 months experience using CRM, Chat, phone and social media services
Works well under pressure and comfortable with numbers
Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard.
Able to be proactive when necessary.
A logical and analytical approach.
Very well organised with good time management skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 2 Years’ experience in forex and financial trading
