Our client is a service provider for banking, PSP, compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The company values teamwork and diversity and they are looking for an account manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

Dealing with existing & new clients of the company

Resolving any issues the clients may have

Continuously providing more information regarding company products

Maintaining the relationships with existing clients

A key contributor to the growth of our existing customer base and improvement of the quality of services provided.

Provide a customer-service oriented approach.

Requirements

At least one year demonstrated work experience in a Payment Provider/Broker (dealing in payment area).

Able to meet deadlines.

Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

Negotiation, sales skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.

Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Other languages will be considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA or almost qualified and have at least 1-year experience in the same industry.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper accounting books and records;Review credit institutions, suppliers and payment service providers’ reconciliations;Preparation of individual and consolidated management accounts, on a monthly-basis, including comparisons to budgets;Assist in the implementation and supervision of budgeting process, financial business plans and cash-flow forecasts;Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS;Coordinate with other accounting teams of the group in relation to the financial operations and accounting records of subsidiary companies internationally;Prepare presentations and ad-hoc financial reports for the Group;Liaising with external accounting consultants on VAT, Payroll and other day to day matters as well as with the external auditors as part of the annual and other periodic audits;Other accounting-related functions as are required by the Group from time to time.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field;Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA or almost qualified;At least 1-year relevant experience in another Forex/CFD provider or CFDs/Forex exposure through an audit firm;Experience in using accounting systems;Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel);Ability to take thoughtful initiative, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage effectively in an accurate manner, a lot of tasks running at the same time;Strong communication skills with solid proficiency in English.Attention to detail, solid analytical skills;Work independently but also as part of a team;Excellent problem-solving skills.
