Dealing with existing & new clients of the company
Resolving any issues the clients may have
Continuously providing more information regarding company products
Maintaining the relationships with existing clients
A key contributor to the growth of our existing customer base and improvement of the quality of services provided.
Provide a customer-service oriented approach.
At least one year demonstrated work experience in a Payment Provider/Broker (dealing in payment area).
Able to meet deadlines.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Negotiation, sales skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Other languages will be considered an advantage.
