Looking for a centrally located office and excellent working hours? Are you a Book Keeper with experience and looking to join a corporate, professional and expanding team in Nicosia?

Job Description

This role reports to Senior Management and is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining general accounting functions as required

Prepare and analyse VAT on behalf of our clients

Execute Payroll services to clients

Prepare monthly Bank reconciliations

Record bookkeeping transactions, prepare and process accounting entries for our clients. (both local and international clients)

Maintain required business documents

Prepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense discloser

Advise and communicate closely with Management

Your Profile

Previous experience in a similar setting would be an advantage

Experience/knowledge with E-soft and Premier Soft a bonus

ACCA Student or in possession of the LCCI Higher would be an advantage

Minimum 2 years’ experience

Enthusiasm and willingness to upskill book keeping skills

Keen team player

Good listener

Attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Greek

Strong organisational skills and ability to perform to deadlines

Working hours 8:30- 5pm

Friday afternoons work ends at 3pm
