Job Description

Our Customer is a Leading Insurance Company with offices all over Cyprus. They are looking for Customer Service Advisers. The successful candidate will receive industry-leading training and coaching until they assemble proven ability to manage a high-volume workload in a polite and constructive manner, with a solid record of success in trouble shooting and problem solving. A Customer Service Adviser is a committed team member who consistently achieves customer service goals, productivity and sales targets, while adding significant value to the Company’s commitment of exceeding customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Presenting, promoting and selling the companys products in order to fit the customer’s needs, face to face and over the telephone

Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints with efficiency, ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied, offering empowered solutions to customer’s issues

Explaining policy details to customers, including covers, benefits, services and policy exclusions with utmost honesty and transparency

Developing strong customer relationships

Handling cash and proceeding with banking transactions

Willing to travel to other cities throughout Cyprus when required

Participating in training sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or studies in a related field

Basic Insurance Certificate (PASC) or Insurance Diploma will be considered an advantage

Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service and sales field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills

Energetic, enthusiastic, quick learner

Sales-target oriented

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
