Job Description

Our client is a Cypriot Investment Firm with offices located in Limassol. They are seeking a Retention/VIP Representative who is native/near native in the Japanese Language.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in a similar sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Building and maintaining a client portfolio

Assisting existing customers with their trading account

Building a long-term relationship with all clients

Be informed about all the company’s products and services and promote them to new clients

Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering

Reach monthly targets set by the Line Manager

Monitoring department KPIs to ensure all are being met

Managing PSP


Native or Near Native in Japanese Language is a must

Experience within the Financial Markets industry or in Sales in a different industry will be considered an advantage

Excellent Communication skills

Advanced MS Excel skills an advantage

Self motivated, driven, goal oriented and a team player

A high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
