Our client, a company providing services mainly to the Financial markets industry is looking for a German customer support. The successful candidate should be responsible for providing customer support for the clients and providing administrative support to the regional sales team.
Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
Resolves product related issues
Resolves complaints by customers
Works closely with the Compliance team
Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues.
Negotiate with customers
Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
Fluency in English & German is a must
Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
