As the vehicle has 2 separate units this acts as a back-up in case one unit fails. Normal temperature compartment approx 55% with roller-shutter door. Whole of box is thermally insulated. Overnight standby powered via mains electricity to keep fridge and freezer compartments at working temperature, no need to keep engine running for long periods whilst parked.
