We are looking for energetic, talented, driven individuals with a passion for sales [any field] to join our expanding sales team in Paphos.

Job Responsibilities:

• First point of contact with clients

• Assisting new clients with opening a trading account

• Confidently discuss products and services provided by the company

• Working towards achieving sales/conversion targets on a consistent basis

• Entering & updating client information into the internal CRM System

Requirements:

1. English Language MUST [German Language desired]

3. Characteristics: sales oriented, positive attitude, outgoing personality, good work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to succeed

Basic Salary: Full-time €1,100 gross per month & Part-time €750 gross per month;

Commission: Excellent reward structure to reward performance potential to earn upto €1,500 + every month. No cap on earnings!

Employee of the month & additional monthly performance rewards

Operational hours:

Full-time 45 hour / Part-time 30 hours week [Monday-Sunday] 5 days a week at least 1 weekend a month. Weekend working attracts basic salary 1.5.
