The successful candidate should be native or fluent in Italian Speaker and previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Provide customers with product and service information
Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
Assist client’s with queries
Provide guidance to clients for using the Company’s trading system
Developing a sound understanding of trading market conditions daily
Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening new accounts and verifying customer’s information and documents
Requirements
Native/Fluent in Italian
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to work under pressure and reaching personal sales targets
Ability to multitask
Good knowledge of English language
High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
