All of our PCs and parts come with a 2-years return to base warranty, this may be extended by the manufacturer’s warranty on some parts. If any parts fail within a 2-year period, you can return your PC to GCCY for repair or replacement of the faulty part. Software issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged for if it is seen that it is a customer error, such as virus or malware issues.
