Villa Garmar is located on a small development in the Kapparis area which is a short drive/bus ride to Pernera and Protaras. It is located a short walk to Malama & Ayia Triada sandy beaches each of which have recently built toilet facilities, cafe bars and sun bed hire. The surrounding area to the Villa is quiet and residential. To the rear of the property is a small pleasant green area which has infants playground, this can of course be used by clients.
