Our client is a CySEC regulated entity with headquarters in Limassol and offices abroad in different jurisdictions. They are looking for a Senior Trade Support Officer to join their team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and reliable individual who is looking to grow with the business through commitment and high-quality work, and IT background will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities

Day to day monitoring and analysing trades and prices.

MT4/MT5 Administration Install, update and configure MT4/5 servers, backup server and Access points.

Monitor and maintain all MT4/5 Servers and associated plugin/gateway.

Conduct Test Plug-ins and Manager-API applications.

Generate reports from the trading/bridge platforms.

Provide cross department assistance and ensure all tickets are answered in timely fashion.

Investigate and resolve various incidents relating to trading systems

Support PXM, One Zero and Fxcubic technology.

Control of security and integrity of the trading infrastructure.

Document procedures that need to be followed and apply Policies.

Involve in trading related projects

Report system bugs to Trade Support manager

Requirements

Good knowledge MT5 admin and manager

Robust personality: ability to manage pressure and a flexible, amicable personality.

Fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is useful.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player

Good Knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables.

Strong IT background.

Programming in C++, Python and Database Script is a Plus

Good understanding of TCP/ IP and LAN/WAN.

Good understanding of Security/ Firewalls.

Ability to work under pressure efficiently.

Able to be on call 24/7.
