Rare IWC Regulateur mens watch. This is an IWC Portugieser Regulateur 5444-04 in 18k white gold. This model is discontinued, so is interesting for watch collectors. The watch is used (very good condition, never polished) and comes with original IWC box. 100% genuine and authentic IWC!

The IWC Regulateur is a tribute to traditional watchmakers' mother clocks, which often were used in watchmaking workshops as the basis for setting all watches serviced in that center. The IWC Regulateur caliber 98245 is a modern pocket watch movement that has been styled and sized to fit in the Regulateur. The watch features characteristic IWC pocket watch design elements, including a massive balance wheel, breguet overcoil hairspring, 18000 vibrations/hour "slow beat" balance, and black polished "Jones arrow" regulating index. Classic gold chatons hold the drive train jewels and broad channels reveal the engine-turned mainplate between the three-quarter bridge and the balance cock. The regulateur display separates the functions, charting minutes and hours while stop seconds mechanism allows precise setting of time.

The movement is running very well. Dial in like new condition. Case in overall very good condition, only slight signs of average wear. The double-sided crocodile strap from a De Bethune timepiece is brand new.
