MINDEDGE is growing! MCM MINDEDGE a Marketing & Design Lab is seeking for Graphic Designer (Juniors & Experienced) to join our growing team. Are you a talented and innovative graphic designer? You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and delivering high-quality graphics for a range of projects. You'll collaborate with our team of experienced designers & marketers to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts. Design logos, graphics, and icons for new and existing brands. Maintain consistent brand guidelines for all clients. Ensure all designs meet project requirements and adhere to brand standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your design skills. What we're looking for: • Degree in graphic design, graphic/visual communication/Multimedia Design, or relevant field • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, Aftereffects, InDesign or similar). • Solid knowledge of printing design fundamentals • Strong skill for aesthetics, colours, typography, layouts, and attention to detail • Good awareness of all design trends and technology • Skills in 3D modelling software, if yes will be an advantage? • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Proficient in English & Greek. Russian or Hebrew Language will be considered an advantage • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A passion for design and eagerness to learn • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing design skills and experience. • Productive and efficient, strong organizational & time management skills, initiative taker, with a strong sense of duty, responsibility, and reliability • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • Ability to work in a team and communicate well with content and marketing personnel. • Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to Process photographic & video material used for various marketing channels. • Responsible for a number of MINDEDGE clients. • Coordinate the creation of digital content with the Marketing Team • Develop and implement marketing strategy on the direction of the Marketing and Art Directors What we offer: • Unique opportunity for a career in a fast-growing company • Friendly atmosphere • Casual dress-code • Regular team events and outings • Referral Bonus Scheme • Training and Personal development programs • Opportunities to shape the future of MINDEDGE and grow into leadership roles • Your birthday is off on top of 21 paid holiday allowance!
