• Maintain knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make recommendations based on guests' preferences, including detailed information on ingredients and preparation methods.
• Handle billing and payment processing efficiently.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Address any customer complaints or issues, aiming to resolve them swiftly to the guest's satisfaction.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a restaurant with a diverse menu or in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
