🔍 About the Role

FlexLabs is looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for clean, modern product design.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences and polished interfaces across our platform. This role is ideal for someone with solid UI/UX foundations who wants to grow, contribute ideas, and work on large-scale web products in a fast-moving environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Design clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver polished features and smooth user experiences

Support UX improvements through usability thinking, user journeys, and interface optimization

Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system

Work on SaaS-oriented projects and responsive web experiences

Explore and utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design efficiency, ideation, and research processes

Stay up to date with modern UI/UX trends, patterns, and best practices

🎓 Qualifications

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications

Strong skills in Figma and a portfolio showcasing both UI and UX work

Good understanding of modern design principles, typography, layouts, and usability

Experience designing responsive and scalable interfaces

Familiarity with SaaS products and design systems is considered a plus

Interest or experience in using AI tools within the design process is considered a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Fluency in English

This is a hybrid role based in Cyprus, with our office located in Paphos.

We believe great collaboration happens both remotely and in person, so the team meets at the office a couple of times per week while still maintaining flexibility and balance.
