The property is an agricultural field in Asgata. It is located 2km from the centre of the village and 3km from the Nicosia- Limassol motorway. The field has an area of 22,743sqm.
The Property is jointly owned by Gordian Holdings Limited (“Gordian”) and third party co-owner (“Joint Owner”). Gordian has been duly authorized by the Joint Owner of the Property to advertise the Property for sale. For the avoidance of doubt, Gordian is not a real estate agent and does not provide any real estate agent’s services nor does it operate as a legal or financial or other professional advisor. Further, no warranty is provided by Gordian with regards to the acceptance by the Joint Owner, of an offer for the purchase of the Property, nor any obligation is imposed on Gordian and/or the Joint Owner to respond to and/or consider and/or accept any offer for the purchase of the Property. The sale of the Property is subject to contract between Gordian and the Joint Owner of the Property as seller and the successful tenderer as buyer.
The asset was repossessed by Gordian Holdings Limited via auction pursuant to Part VIA of the Immovable Property (Transfer and Mortgage) Law of 1965 (L. 9/1965), and therefore Gordian Holdings Limited’s share does not qualify for the 50% reduction of property transfer fees imposed or levied by the Department of Lands and Surveys (Fees and Charges) Law (Cap.219). We recommend that you seek independent advice regarding any applicable transfer fees in relation to the remaining share and/or the whole share of the asset.
