Responsibilities• Assisting new clients who have shown an interest in opening a trading account• Maximize all sales opportunities • Understanding client needs before presenting relevant products/services• Working to achieve all sales/conversion targets on a consistent basis• To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalized upon• Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM SystemRequirements• Previous FX sales experience in Conversion • Target driven, dynamic, self-motivated and confident speaking manner• Fluency in Arabic and English• Excellent conversation skills and organizational skills• Working hours: 11am - 7pm

As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with customers and assist them with their inquiries.
