CYRIKK CYPRUS LTD is a private company that supplies PPE/ disposable products in Cyprus since mid 2020.
At the current moment there may be opportunities for someone to buy 100% of CCL outright only.
1. The company is sold with no debt owed by the company.
2. All shareholders have agreed to waive their director’s loan which is currently standing at Euros 57,000. This is an immediate benefit of the company.
3. The company has stock to the value of Euros 35,000.
4. The debtors are currently standing at Euros 33,000. All the current debtors are existing customer which have never defaulted. The company has never suffered any bad debts.
5. There is a credit note of about Euros 10,000 which is pending.
We would essentially be selling the company with NO debt at all, stock, and an excellent customer base.
The price is fair considering the advantages any purchaser is getting by acquiring the company. There is currently no downside for any purchaser that we can see.
