Secretary / administration officer
Our company (consulting office) requests a friendly and motivated person for the position of Secretary / Administration Officer in Larnaca.
-Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
-Direct visitors to the right person or department
-Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies
-Offering administrative support across the organization
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
-English language is a must
-Written and verbal communication skills.
-Multitasking and prioritizing.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Attention to detail.
-Friendly personality and motivated.
