This spacious 220 sq.m. contemporary apartment is on the 4th Floor with just one more apartment on the same floor of the building in Potamos Germasogeias Area, Limassol across from the favourite Dasoudi Beach. It is in a very privileged location opposite Dasoudi Beach / Park and also close to all amenities, banks, public / private schools, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
