The Twice Baked is a more refined version of the Baked Potato. The Twice Baked is thinner in the nose and has a more tapered tail than the Baked Potato, making it more suited towards pocket surfing and tighter pivot turns in bad waves yet still maintaining speed down the line. It is more of a traditionally outlined surfboard than the Baked Potato, with the speed and grovel of the Baked Potato hidden inside it.
Dan Mann suggests to ride the Twice Baked around 2 litres more than your regular shortboard, but this board can be ridden as long or as short as you like.
