As a Patient Caregiver, my duties include:
a) Helping patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
b)Assisting with feeding and preparing meals.
c) Supporting mobility (walking, moving, using wheelchair).
d) Giving medication on time (as instructed).
e) Monitoring health condition (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
f) Helping with toileting and hygiene
Providing emotional support and companionship.
g) Keeping the patient’s room clean and safe.
h) Assisting with daily activities (exercise, appointments).
i) Communicating with family members or nurses.
