A lovely apartment on a gated community. The apartment benefits from a lounge, dining room and kitchen area. It has a main bathroom, two bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room.
The apartment has an internal area of 100 m2 and a covered patio area of 9 m2. In addition it has a paved Patio/garden on three sides with two irrigation systems and storage lockers.
The apartment can be purchased furnished and includes all planters in the garden.
In recent years I have replaced two of the aircon units. Installed ceiling fans to all rooms and replaced the water pump, solar panels, hot water tank and expansion tank.
The communal areas consist of a main swimming pool. (Recently relined) a baby pool, showers and kiddies park.
In addition the communal gardens consist of an orange orchard, walk ways, benches and lighting.
The complex has a barrier to prevent unauthorised vehicular access.
The apartment is 10mins walk from the village centre and 15 mins from the beach and the beach bar. It’s also 10mins drive from the airport. There is easy access to the main motorway and so 15 mins drive to Paphos. There are also regular buses into Paphos from outside the village
