Spacious room ,fully furnished in a large and comfortable apartment in Agios Dometios.There are all necessary household appliances.(Refrigerator,washing machine,stove and oven).In front of the building there is a Bus stop to and from center of Nicosia. Ten minutes walk from UNIC and EUROPEAN UNIVERCITY. Opposite LIDL Agios Dometios ,close to bakery ,coffee shops etc. The room is offered for 2 persons who appreciates a tidy and quiet environment. The persons may be a student or must have an employment contract or a way to prove that they are currently working and have a residence permit in Cyprus. The common areas will be shared with other people of various nationalities and must respect the rules of cohabitation.
