1894 rembrandt 2vol emile michel, first edition x-large hardback

Two volume biography of Rembrandt. The condition of the books is as can be seen in the photographs. Inside the books themselves are relatively clean. They contain a number of lithography prints (some bound and some not). These are dated 1894 Most notable is the inscription inside the cover of vol1 which is made out to Marie Olga Kobbe (famous American artist) as the inscription reads that it was a Christmas gift from her father in 1893
