Customer Service Representative We have an immediate full-time employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to help support our customers around the world. You will be responsible for serving our many current and potential new customers by email and telephone, dealing with member inquiries, complaints, processing transactions and moderation of the site content to ensure compliance with our policies. Here’s what you’ll do ● Respond to calls from members, answering their questions and resolving any issues they have ● Provide support to members by responding in a timely and complete manner to their email inquiries ● Collect and apply payments to member's profiles ● Moderate the site for content and fraud, where needed, carry out the appropriate corrective actions ● Work independently and actively participate within a team work environment ● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evening shifts as staffing schedules require. Here’s what you’ll need ● 2+ years previous CSR experience ● Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written in English is essential •Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written in Portuguese, Spanish, or French is an asset ● Having lived and/or worked in Portugal or Brazil previously is an asset ● Excellent telephone communication skills and mannerisms ● Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills ● Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment ● Strong organizational skills ● Attention to detail and good troubleshooting skills ● Ability to work with minimal supervision ● Above average computer and Internet skills, particularly with typing and working knowledge with various Internet browsers and different operating systems ● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as staffing schedules require ● Candidates must currently live and be legally able to work in Cyprus Here’s what we provide: ● A competitive compensation package including bonus based on performance ● Remote work ● Private health care ● The opportunity to work with a dedicated team in an entrepreneurial, forward thinking environment Qualified candidates should send a resume and cover letter to hr@rubylife.com. Installer for sanitary & glass shower doors
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Installer for Sanitary & Glass Shower Doors to join our growing team in Cyprus. You will handle projects from initial on-site measurement through to the final, high-quality installation. Key Responsibilities Measurement & Installation: Take precise on-site measurements and install glass shower doors, enclosures, partitions, and mirrors to specification. Handling & Assembly: Safely handle and fit glass panels, hardware, hinges, tracks, and fixings. Client Relations: Drive to client sites across Cyprus, representing the company with a professional and friendly attitude. Quality Control: Carry out minor snagging, adjustments, and after-sales fixes while adhering to strict health and safety procedures. Maintenance: Keep tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in excellent working order. Requirements Languages: Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. License: A valid driving license is mandatory. Experience: Prior experience in glass, glazing, aluminium, joinery, or general construction installation is highly advantageous. Traits: Young, dynamic, energetic, detail-oriented, and physically fit to lift/manoeuvre glass panels safely. Skills: Reliable, punctual, hands-on with tools, and able to work independently. What We Offer Compensation: Competitive basic 12-month salary plus an additional fee per installation. Equipment: Company vehicle and all necessary tools provided for site work.
