KAI is a 10-apartment residential building in Katholiki, one of Limassol's original old town quarters, a short walk from the seafront and Limassol Marina and minutes from the city centre. Protected status across much of the district keeps new-build supply low, while the adjacent Tsiflikoudia corridor has drawn the largest concentration of new construction in Limassol, including Blue Marine, KOLLA Factory, and SquareOne's own The Docks and NEON.
