Level 1 is 100% air resistance with 0% magnetic resistance. As the increments increase these percentages adjust so that level 6 utilises 30% air and 70% magnetic resistance. Very very smooth rower!!
Folding capacity for storage. Main rail folds up from a position by the foot rests and clamp locks shut for safety. Specifically designed return spring allows sufficient tension to recoil the ‘chain’ while also requiring work from the hamstring muscle group to move the user forward.
