House keeper for cleaning company

Housekeeper / Cleaning Supervisor — Job Responsibilities * Inspect apartments and villas after cleaning to make sure they have been cleaned properly and meet our company’s standards. * Supervise and manage the cleaning team, making sure cleaners follow the correct cleaning procedures and maintain a high standard of work. * If something has not been cleaned correctly, explain to the cleaner what needs to be improved and show them how to do it properly. * Regularly check all apartments and villas to make sure they always have enough cleaning supplies, shampoo, Fairy, toilet paper, and other necessary items. * Check and maintain our storage rooms, making sure they are always stocked with cleaning chemicals, shampoos, Fairy, and other supplies. * Collect supplies from our main storage area and distribute them to the other storage rooms and properties whenever needed. * The main working areas will be Finikoudes and Mackenzie, so the housekeeper will need to travel between properties and storage locations during the day. * A car is required for this position. * Occasionally transport cleaners between properties in the Finikoudes and Mackenzie areas. * If a cleaner is not at a property and the housekeeper finds small issues such as dust, an unclean floor, or other minor problems, she must be able to correct them herself. * The housekeeper should always carry basic cleaning equipment and be prepared to do small cleaning corrections when necessary. * Be responsible, organised, proactive, and able to handle unexpected situations independently. Working Hours, Days Off & Salary * Working hours are generally from 8:00 AM until the end of the working day, usually between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. * The starting time may occasionally be 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM, depending on the day’s schedule and workload. * The maximum finishing time is normally 6:00 PM. * During the busy season: 1 day off per week. * During the winter season: 2 days off per week. * Starting salary: €1,100 per month. * If the work is done consistently well and the position is handled perfectly, the salary will be gradually increased over time.
