The Growatt MIC 1500TL-X is an on-grid solar inverter designed for smaller installations. It has a maximum output of 1,500 W. The MPP tracker operates over a wide voltage range of 50 to 500 V, allowing different types of solar panels to be connected in parallel or in series. It can handle a DC input current of up to 13 A.
All connections are located on the underside, simplifying the wall mounting of this passively cooled device, which is dust-tight and protected against water jets in accordance with IP65.
Quick Setup
The Growatt inverter is equipped with grid and system protection, enabling it to comply with the VDE-AR-N 4105 standard. AC short-circuit protection and residual-current monitoring are also included in the inverter, which measures 254 × 274 × 138 mm.
RS485 and USB are available as communication interfaces. With the optional Wi-Fi module, you can conveniently adjust the settings via an app. Alternatively, the Growatt MIC 1500TL-X WiFi model is available with a Wi-Fi module.
The inverter can also be commissioned without any additional devices using the display and button on the front. The small OLED display shows the power fed into the grid in watts in real time.
