Welcome to a bright, peaceful and comfortable summer villa, just a 5-minute walk from Crystal Springs Beach and close to everything you may need for a relaxed stay in Protaras.
Sirena Beach and the new Protaras Marina are about a 10-minute walk away, while bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants are only around 200 metres from the house. Zorbas Bakery is also just a 5-minute stroll away.
It’s a great location without being in the middle of the busy tourist area — close enough to enjoy everything, but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

The villa is a lovely, modern, sunny and airy two-storey summer home with plenty of outdoor space.
There are two bedrooms, one of which is available for guests. The other belongs to the owner, who does not normally live at the property, but visits and uses the house from time to time.

The space is particularly suitable for digital nomads, remote workers or anyone looking for a comfortable, longer-term base in Protaras.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed, homely atmosphere and doesn't mind sharing the common areas with the owner occasionally.
📅 Availability
The room is available for long-term stays of 1–6 months, and is available until May 2027.
Monthly rent:
€500 for single occupancy
€600 for double occupancy
💧 Water and 🌐 internet are included.
⚡ Electricity is charged separately according to actual consumption.
