Sales & Operations Associate
Location: Limassol. Flexible working arrangement with weekly meetings.
We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to help us connect with new customers, create new business opportunities, and grow the company.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and learning how sales and business growth work in practice.
The role is commission-based initially, with no cap on commission. As the business grows, there is the opportunity for the role to develop into a paid long-term position with greater responsibilities.
What you will Manage
You will help bring new customers and revenue into the business.
That means reaching out to potential customers, starting conversations, following up, and moving opportunities forward.
You will:
* Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
* Follow up with prospects and build relationships over time.
* Maintain a clear record of conversations and opportunities.
* Work closely with the founders to improve the sales approach.
* Help shape how sales and growth are built as the business develops.
This is not a role where you simply send messages and wait for results. We are looking for someone proactive who is comfortable taking initiative and staying engaged with potential customers.
## Who this is for
We are not looking for years of experience. We are looking for the right mindset.
This role could be a great fit for someone who is:
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow.
* Interested in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
* A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
* Reliable, organised, and professional.
* Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
* Interested in personal development and improving their sales skills.
University students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Sales experience is helpful but not essential. Around one year of sales experience is a plus, particularly if you have experience speaking with prospects or making sales calls.
Less experience is also fine if you are genuinely interested in learning sales and can show that you actively develop yourself through books, podcasts, YouTube videos, courses, or other learning resources.
## What you will gain
* Real hands-on sales experience.
* Direct collaboration and mentorship from the founders.
* Experience helping build sales and growth processes from the ground up.
* Flexibility around university schedules where possible.
* Performance-based commission with no cap.
* The opportunity to grow into a longer-term paid role as the business expands.
## What this is not
* Not a traditional salaried position from day one.
* Not a role for someone who wants to avoid speaking with potential customers.
* Not simply a meeting-booking role.
* Not a corporate sales environment with rigid structures and processes.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take responsibility, and develop real sales experience while contributing directly to the growth of a young business.
## How to apply
Send us your CV together with a short note answering:
1. Why does this opportunity interest you?
2. Do you have any sales, customer service, business development, or outbound experience?
3. Are you comfortable speaking with potential customers on the phone?
4. How do you currently learn about sales, business, or personal development?
5. What is your availability and which area of Cyprus are you based in?
