Real Estate Lead Generation Agent – Cyprus Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time We are looking for motivated and confident Real Estate Lead Generation Agents to join a growing real estate team in Cyprus. Your primary role will be to contact incoming leads, understand their property requirements, identify genuine potential clients and pass qualified opportunities to experienced Real Estate Closers. Previous real estate experience is not required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who wants to build a long-term career in the Cyprus real estate industry. Responsibilities Contact incoming and prospective leads by telephone Introduce available real estate opportunities in a professional manner Understand each client's needs, interests and property requirements Identify and qualify potential buyers and investors Build rapport with prospective clients Maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads Pass qualified opportunities to experienced Real Estate Closers Keep accurate records of client conversations and lead status Work toward lead-generation and qualification targets Cooperate closely with the wider sales team Requirements Fluent in both Greek and English Confident and professional telephone manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, organised and results-driven Comfortable speaking with new clients and building relationships Willingness to learn and develop within the real estate industry Previous experience in telesales, customer service, sales or lead generation is an advantage but not essential What We Offer €1,400 monthly base salary Commission shared with the Closer when a referred lead results in a completed deal Full training provided Ongoing professional support Career-development opportunities within the real estate sector Professional and dynamic working environment Opportunity to progress into more senior real estate sales and closing positions If you are ambitious, confident and interested in building a successful career in Cyprus real estate, we would like to hear from you.
