ARCHITECT – PAPHOS
An established property development company is looking for a talented and creative Architect to join its design team in Paphos.
The successful candidate will work alongside Architects, Landscape Architects and Engineers under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role covers the development of architectural designs, villa layouts and complete construction drawing packages.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare architectural design drawings from approved post-sales layouts through to detailed construction drawings
• Develop layouts for individual residential villas
• Prepare drawing packages for planning applications
• Coordinate with consultants responsible for structural and M&E studies
• Assist with documentation required for building permit submissions
• Consolidate architectural, structural and engineering drawings
• Prepare complete and detailed construction drawing packages
• Participate in the supervision of construction works
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an architectural or design office
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D – essential
• Excellent knowledge of Revit – essential
• Knowledge of 3D SketchUp – highly desirable
• Familiarity with other BIM or 3D design software will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and general computer applications
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and strong coordination skills
