CONCIERGE – AURUM RESTAURANT Aurum Restaurant is looking for a professional and welcoming Concierge to join our team and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression Manage guest arrivals and seating arrangements Handle reservations and enquiries Assist guests with information about the restaurant and available services Coordinate with the restaurant and service teams Assist with special requests and guest needs Maintain excellent communication with guests throughout their visit Ensure the entrance and guest areas are organised and welcoming Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, reception or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good command of English Friendly, confident and professional personality Excellent customer service skills Well-presented and organised Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays We offer: Competitive salary Professional working environment Opportunity to develop within a growing hospitality business Location: Paphos, Cyprus To apply, please send your CV.
