REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT – LARNACA
Blue Sky Houses, a leading licensed real estate agency in Cyprus, is expanding its team and is looking for an ambitious and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Larnaca office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities
Present and promote properties to potential buyers
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process
Maintain regular communication with clients
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
Build and maintain a strong professional network
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Self-motivated, ambitious and target-oriented
Professional appearance and attitude
Good knowledge of Larnaca and the local property market is an advantage
Valid driving licence and own car
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
